Party questions, answered

We’ve answered the most common questions to help you plan with confidence.

Choose your preferred package and click Check Availability. You’ll be taken to our live booking calendar where you can view available dates, reserve your party and pay the deposit securely online. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your party details.
Yes. A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking and is paid online when you book. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason, including cancellations, changes of mind or inability to attend.
Tumbles is especially popular for 1st to 7th birthdays, although our play equipment caters for children from approximately 9 months to 10 years. The maximum age for the birthday child is 12 years.
For weekend parties, final guest numbers, food selections, adult platters and add-ons need to be confirmed by 12pm on the Tuesday before your party.

For weekday parties, our team will contact you approximately 5–7 days beforehand to confirm everything.
All invited party children need to be included in the party numbers and are charged at the applicable package rate — $25, $28 or $30 per additional child, depending on the package.

If an invited child brings a sibling along, that sibling can either be included in the party numbers or simply enter at the normal casual-entry rate. Casual-entry siblings won’t be included in the party food, tableware, seating or other package inclusions.

For any other additional children joining the celebration, they’ll need to be included in the party package.
Absolutely. You can access your party room 15 minutes before the party to add your own decorations. Please use Blu Tack only on the walls — no tape or temporary hooks — and please do not bring glitter or confetti.

If you have special tableware you’d like us to use, you’re welcome to drop it off a few days beforehand.
Yes — birthday cakes are welcome. We just ask that your cake is nut-free. Other outside sweets, drinks or food such as cupcakes, doughnuts, cookies or macarons cannot be brought into the centre.
No. To help us maintain food-safety standards and manage allergies, outside food and drinks are not permitted for regular birthday parties, with the exception of a nut-free birthday cake.
Your Party Host is there to make the celebration easier. They help with setup, organise and serve party food, keep drinks stocked, assist with cake cutting and take care of clean-up throughout and after the party.

They’ll check in with you during the celebration so everything runs smoothly. Party Hosts do not supervise the children — supervision remains the responsibility of parents and caregivers.
Yes, within reason. We can accommodate common requirements such as vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options for children. Please let us know when booking or when confirming your final party details so our team can assist.
Yes. Free parking is available around Tumbles, including our parking area and additional parking along Champion Road.
Yes. Socks are required for all children and adults using the play equipment.
