Private functions are self-catered with food brought in by the hirer (ensuring that all food is nut-free). We do not provide food or drinks for these events.
All cookware, platters & additional tableware, utensils, garbage bags, wrapping materials etc to be provided by the hirer.
Our kitchen facilities are equipped with microwaves and a pie warmer, both of which are complimentary and included in your booking price. Should you require the use of the oven, it is available as an optional add-on for an extra charge of $50.
You're also able to bring your own caterer to the venue
(caterers not allowed to bring a deep fryer or grills, also need to bring their own utensils and cutleries, chopping boards, etc. Also, caterers need to pack everything away, clean the kitchen after use, and are not allowed to use our sinks to wash their equipment/utensil's)
For all other food preparation needs, a table outside the kitchen will be provided, and kitchen space use is limited to the microwaves, and oven.
Only food warmers are allowed at Tumbles Playhouse. Any other electronic or cooking equipment requires prior approval from Tumbles Playhouse. If approved, there may be a fee of $50 for each piece of equipment.
The equipment that are not permitted, and not limited to, include chocolate fountains, fairy floss machines, popcorn makers, ovens, and gas stoves.
Waste collection is not included in your price and is available for an additional fees of $50.
